Companies Act 2006 – 1st October 2009 implementation

1st October 2009 sees the final implementation of The Companies Act 2006 which received Royal Assent on 8th November 2006. With this revised legislation there are several significant changes to the data to be held and distributed from Companies House. At Equifax, we aim to assist businesses with understanding these changes and their implications to the future financial stability of a business if its decision-making and risk management processes are not updated.
